EMC Pacific Pty Ltd is a privately owned company formed in 1996 to produce world class cycloaliphatic epoxy resin insulators, bushings and custom components for the electrical industry.

Today EMC Pacific is Australasia's leading manufacturer of medium to high-voltage cycloaliphatic epoxy (polymer resin) components and has established a wholly owned North American subsidiary, EMC Pacific Holdings.

EMC Pacific insulators and bushings have been exhaustively tested and proven. They can be found in service within diverse climactic conditions providing the highest levels of reliability and performance to distribution networks, global electrical utilities and their clients. Medium to high-voltage line insulators

EMC Pacific manufactures line insulators for 11kV to 69kV electrical distribution network applications. These field proven insulators include line post, pin post and integrated pin options.

The excellent electrical insulating properties, robust nature, long term performance, low maintenance, vandal resistance and reduced weight all contribute to their suitability, versatility and outstanding performance as specified by major electrical utilities. Recent developments include patent applied permanent hydrophobic properties, resulting in EMC Pacific's line insulators providing for unprecedented long term reliability.

Outdoor post insulators

EMC Pacific also manufactures outdoor post insulators for 11kV to 33kV electrical distribution network applications. A 66kV option is soon to compliment our range.

The EMC Pacific cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (polymer resin) station post insulators are a reliable, solid core and tough product which are typically half the weight of comparative porcelain insulators. Popular with switchgear manufacturers and electrical utilities they offer high thermal crack resistance, excellent strength and a 40-year plus design life. Superior insulating properties, pollution ratings and proven reliability have made these products the long term choice for major electrical utilities.

Indoor post / bus bar insulators

EMC Pacific supply a range of indoor post / bus bar insulators designed for 3.3kV to 36kV applications. These are manufactured from quality outdoor cycloaliphatic resin to ensure longevity, strength and performance. Manufactured to quantity orders, EMC Pacific bus bar insulators are available in a variety of further profiles and insert configurations.

Complementing our offering is a range of voltage detector insulators manufactured for EMC Pacific in ratings of 7.2kV, 12kV and 24kV.

Outdoor bushings

EMC Pacific manufactures a quality range of outdoor bushings in cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. The range includes transformer and through type bushings, air to air and air to oil, in ratings from 3.3kV up to 36kV. EMC Pacific also manufactures proprietary bushings for OEMs where specific design and quantity bushing needs exist.
