Solid-Cure - Low, Medium and High-Voltage Insulators

Solid-Cure is a manufacturer of low, medium and high-voltage epoxy cast insulators and bushings and a provider of silicon insulators. Solid-Cure is headquartered in Bruges, Belgium. It was previously known as Herbelith, which was founded in the '60s.

Low, medium and high-voltage epoxy cast insulators and bushings

Solid-Cure produces epoxy cast insulators, bushings and any customised part. Our experienced team develops and manufactures parts according to customers' requirements.

Solid-Cure produces insulating parts for low, medium and high-voltage applications from 400V up to 500kV. The parts are suited for indoor and outdoor usage and SF6 environments. They can be used under extreme conditions (such as high temperature, high mechanical stress, and highly polluted environments).

Solid-Cure can carry out the necessary prototyping, mechanical and electrical tests, and has an in-house mould design and manufacturing department. Solid-Cure products meet international standards such as IEC and ANSI.

Medium and high-voltage silicon insulators

Solid-Cure provides composite silicon insulators, in the range from 20kV up to 500kV. Full flexibility is offered on the level of mechanical strength, creepage distance and end fittings.

Solid-Cure provides medium and high-voltage line insulators and suspension insulators in the range from 20kV up to 500kV for transmission and distribution lines and for railway and traction lines.

Bushings for indoor and outdoor usage

Solid-Cure's range also includes bushings for indoor and outdoor usage, as well as transformer bushings.

Bus bar, stand off and bus duct insulators

Solid-Cure's product offering is completed by its range of bus bar and stand off insulators for low voltage and traction installations, and its heavy-duty bus bar and bus duct insulators for industrial and electricity generation installations.
