Our Heatainer line of Removable/Reusable Insulation covers help conserve up to 97% of energy. Payback on the investment is often less then 6 Month. Due to our design, the covers are very easy to install, remove and re-install by your maintenance personnel.

HEATAINER ACOUSTIRAP ™ REMOVABAL INSULATION COVERS

ACOUSTIRAP™ covers from ATC have a Sound Transmission Class (STC) of 55.

The only attenuation covers in the industry tested for performance in explicit conformity with the ASTM Designation E90-90 and E413-97 by US Government accredited Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories. Multi-purpose thermal and acoustical covers custom designed and fitted to specific applications for the ultimate in performance and appearance.

This product is fabricated from carefully selected and tested combinations of sound attenuating multi-layer insulation and special acoustical septum, encased in jacketing material suitable for any imaginable environment, while providing a great aesthetic appearance.

Advance Thermal Corp. offers STATE-OF-THE-ART insulation systems for EXHAUST MANIFOLDS for a large variety of DIESEL, GAS, and DUAL FUEL engines. We incorporate cutting edge technology with superior design capable of withstanding the toughest conditions for manifold insulation.

ATC INDI-FIRST COVER. The covers are used on fittings and equipment and designed to quickly alert the maintenance personnel if a flange leak occurs, helping prevent accidents and costly down time repairs. The covers are manufactured using a bright orange INDICATOR material, which changes color depending on the type of acid or chemical it is exposed to.

STEAMGUARD™. Working closely with some of the leading fabric manufacturers in the industry, Advance Thermal Corp. introduced STEAMGUARD™. Totally free of sub-striates that are prone to degradation the covers made with STEAMGUARD™ material will provide years of trouble free service in most corrosive and demanding environments.

Modulated SPIRORAP is an easy, quick, and effective way to insulate small bore pipes and fittings, pilot lines, by-pass lines and flexible connections. ⅓in, ¾in, 1in, 1in - ¼in tubing, pipes, threaded and welded valves, bends and elbows can be wrapped with this inexpensive, highly effective product.

The THERMAL-WRAP® blanket insulation system is a lightweight fiberglass blanket insulation system designed for use in nuclear power plant containments and drywells.
