Dynameco fire-extinguishing systems and generators suppress fires in the early stages – in seconds – so that consequential damage of buildings, transformers, power-generating systems, wind power-plants and power supply systems is avoided. The first seconds between the breaking out of the fire and fire control are decisive for the successful suppression of fires.

DYNAMECO AEROSOL FIRE-EXTINGUISHING GENERATOR

The Dynameco aerosol fire-extinguishing generator automatically ignites in case of electrical and thermal fires, or can be ignited manually. The chemical reaction generates potassium carbonate, which discharges as solid aerosol. The average particle size is between 0.5µm and 2.5µm. A physical reaction of the aerosol with the flame draws energy from the fire. During this process the environment is not deprived of oxygen.

POWER PLANT FIRE-SUPPRESSION TECHNOLOGY

Dynameco fire-suppression technology is a 'green' fire fighting system, which means it is environmentally sound and safe:

• Ozone depletion potential = 0
• Global warming potential = 0

The Dynameco fire protection system is listed as an official "halon substitute" by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The fire prevention does not have any detrimental effect on life on our planet, can be used in occupied areas and has the status 'non-toxic'.

THERMAL ACTIVATOR FIRE-DETECTION AND EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM

With the Dynameco-TA08 thermal activator, Dynamit Nobel Defence complements its product range in the division of fire extinguishing systems. The new product offers a wide range of applications in cases of total flooding and object suppression. Apart from fire detection by the thermal activator, the fire is suppressed simultaneously and effectively by the approved aerosol generator.

Low weight and low required space as well as easy installation provide the customer with high flexibility and perfect integration to suppress the fire.
