Otherwise known as Eugen Arnold, Arnold Isolierungen is a technical insulation systems specialist for the power generation industry.

We manufacture and assemble a broad variety of sheet metal insulation, sound insulation (silencers, noise protection curtains, pimp enclosures), frost protection (synthetic caoutchouc insulation), fire protection equipment, chotts, fire protection sleeves, air duct coverings and specialised turbine and power station insulation.

SHEET METAL AND FLEXIBLE VALVE HEAT INSULATION

We specialise is manufacturing sheet metal and flexible / removable valve insulation for a wide range of industrial applications and components.

We supply aluminium sheet metal for heat exchangers, terotechnology, pipe and tank insulation; polished high-grade steel for air duct insulation and a combination of flexible valve insulation and galvanised sheet metal for air conditioning control station insulation.

We also supply specialised valve insulation with removable sheet matel caps and pump insulation equipped with removable flexible insulation caps.

FROST PROTECTION - SYNTHETIC CAOUTCHOUC INSULATION

The company supplies synthetic caoutchouc insulation for a wide variety of frost protection measures. Our synthetic caoutchouc insulation materials can be applied to insulation for cold water control station components (pipes, pumps and fittings), out-door air duct insulation and CO²tank insulation. We also manufacture polyurethane rigid foam and sheet metal insulated storage basins.

SOUND INSULATION - SILENCERS, NOISE PROTECTION CURTAINS, PIMP ENCLOSURES

Eugen Arnold manufactures and assembles a broad spectrum of sound insulation equipment. We specialise in cylindrical silencers for out-going air systems, easy-to-remove silencers for blow off valves, mobile transparent noise protection curtains for pump stations, easy-to-remove noise protection walls for turbines, pimp enclosures and press enclosures with automatic lifting doors and noise protection glass.

FIRE PROTECTION DOORS, CHOTTS, FIRE PROTECTION SLEEVES, AIR DUCT COVERINGS

The company produces a range of fire protection materials that includes calcium silicate fibre-plated air duct coverings, fire protection enclosures for gas control stations, soft chotts, pipe chotts, soft chotts for electrical cables, fire protection sleeve for plastic pipes, pipe chotts for non-flammable pipes and fire protection doors
