TEMP-SET INSULATION COVERS

Constructed for any temperature, Temp-Set covers can be installed while processes are on-line. They are durable, weather-resistant and ideal for any area that requires frequent maintenance.

Standard uses include in heat exchangers, valves, manways, flanges, pumps, engine manifolds, engine exhausts, exhaust silencers and turbines.

High-Temp Accousta-Set® offers multiple use of thermal conservation, decibel reduction of the noise source, and personnel protection from potentially dangerous hot applications.

Manufactured as a complete, all-inclusive item, requiring only installation of the custom fitted application, the High-Temp Accousta-Set offers a variety of tolerances to temperatures ranging from 1200°F to 2300°F.

High-Temp Accousta-Set is often an outside layer to a multi-layer insulation blanket system.

Custom-manufactured to any application, High-Temp Accousta-Set covers can be reproduced as a standard fitted item.

High-Temp Accousta-Sets are easy to install and remove during scheduled or un-scheduled maintenance.

FLEXI-WRAP® INSULATION FILLER

Ideally suited to the problems associated with the freeze protection of process and pneumatic lines of a small diameter, Flexi-Wrap® is an insulation filler of twelve-pound density glass fiber. It provides the utmost thermal efficiency, and the silicon-coated jacketing adds moisture resistance.

SPRAY-SHIELD® OFFSETS THE RISK FROM FLANGE LEAKS

An economic way to offset the danger from high-pressure flange leaks is the Superior Energies Spray-Shield. Special mesh screens of stainless steel, monel or inconel dissipate leaks of steam, acid, caustic or other hazardous fluids.

THERM-GUARD® MINIMIZES HEAT LOSS

The Therm-Guard possesses a self-limiting heat trace cable line or heater pad, activated by a thermostat. The supplied power source is either 110V or 220V. The insulation properties of the Therm-Guard ensure minimal heat loss.

FROST GUARD® PROVIDES THERMAL PROTECTION IN WINTER

The high-density glass fiber blanket of the Frost Guard provides thermal protection in the worst winters. It is resistant to water and all hydrocarbons, and utilizes simple Velcro© fasteners, making it simple to continually remove and reuse.

THE FIRE-TEMP COVER PROVIDES FLEXIBLE FIRE PROTECTION FOR SENSITIVE EQUIPMENT

For a compact, flexible, and approved solution to fire protection of sensitive equipment, the Fire-Temp cover is an easily handled encapsulation of multi layer compressed fire retardant materials.

We offer a complete service of design, manufacturing and installation, or if preferred, supervision of your personnel for installation. In a retrofit situation, the equipment is manufactured to a site survey carried out by either you or our engineers.

In a fire situation, Fire-Temp covers are effective in the safe sequenced shutdown of your facility. They are suitable for all types of actuators, cable runs, control and junction boxes, and all other equipment.

They can be fitted to any existing installation without plant process interruption. Use of Fire-Temp covers can also result in protection of human life. The results are reduced downtime and reduced insurance rates, saving your facility money.

The Fire-Temp cover is user-friendly. The system is tailor made to meet customers' varying fire protection specifications, embracing the UL 1709 & E119 fire curves, giving protection for up to one hour.

It allows easy access to the equipment to which it is fitted, requires very few tools for installation and removal and uses only a relatively small space around the equipment being protected.
