INSULATION FOR MOTOR COMPONENTS

Tmax integral insulation perfectly insulates components such as exhaust pipes, mufflers, catalytic converters. This increases the service life and stress capacity of motors.

The structure of the Tmax integral insulation ensures a secure fitting and virtually impervious sealing-in of the insulation material. The additional weight is kept to a minimum due to the low insulation thickness.

TMAX INSULATION CASSETTES

Tmax insulation cassettes are prefabricated insulation elements which combine insulation material, supporting structure and surface protection in one component. They thus safely protect all highly-sensitive system parts.

Insulation cassettes can be manufactured either on-site after measuring, or using available technical diagrams.

TMAX SOLID MATTER INSULATION PROVIDES HEAT INSULATION AND SOUNDPROOFING

Our Tmax solid matter insulation combines perfect heat insulation with excellent soundproofing. No tools are necessary for manufacturing the insulation as the solid matter insulation is manually applied to the component.

HT INSULATION-FORMED PARTS / INSULATION MATS

HT insulation-formed parts / insulation mats are removable multi-component insulation shells made from technical textiles with integrated insulating material. State-of-the-art materials are used.

The individual layers of the insulation-formed parts / insulation mats are produced with a suitable cutting tool and subsequently sewn together. Hooks, twists, push buttons, quick-action tapes or Velcro tape can be used for fastening.
