HPC Technical Services - Training, Engineering and Documentation Services

HPC Technical Services provides professional services to the utility, cogeneration, and other related industries. Our goal is to assist operating plants to achieve the highest level of effectiveness from their personnel and equipment.

We have provided training, engineering services and documentation services to many fossil, nuclear, and hydroelectric power generating facilities throughout the world. HPC is the industry leader in providing turbine generator related training services, and we understand how and when to apply high technology innovative solutions to power plant problems.

HPC Technical Services was incorporated as H Parker & Company, Inc. in the state of Florida, USA, in December 1992. Since then, HPC Technical Services has provided technical training services in every state in the United States and every province of Canada. Internationally, we've serviced clients in Argentina, Aruba, Cayman Islands, Chile, Germany, Grenada, India, Mexico, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.

SITE-SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS

HPC Technical Services has also developed site-specific training programs per client needs. Typically, this is a customization of an "off-the-shelf" training program to better-fit specific needs. However, sometimes this has meant development of materials from 'scratch'.

INTERNET BASED TRAINING

HPC Technical Services is also now offering an eTraining (internet-based) option to our customers. All eTraining courses are completely written and developed by HPC in order to maintain the highest level of accuracy and quality.

HPC Technical Services has also developed site-specific "system descriptions", "operating procedures", "corrective/preventive maintenance procedures" and "mk-v instrument loop diagrams". The most extensive project to date was for a 1,300MW electrical generating facility. This effort included all mechanical and electrical systems, except for the fuel.
