RDE has been awarded a contract to supply an engineering and training simulator to EnBW, to support the working processes during the construction, commissioning and operation phases for the new RDK8 unit at the power plant in Karlsruhe, Germany. EnBW is building this unit using a hypercritical 900MW boiler.
RDE’s engineering simulator serves as an efficient tool to improve process optimisation and quality management as well as to allow for early full-scope operator training.
