Solvina Announces Next Power System Stability and Control Course

In 2012 Solvina will arrange two dates for the extremely popular Power System Stability and Control course with Dr. Prabha Kundur. Repeating the success of last year, the first course is scheduled for 21-24 May in Duisburg, Germany, where Dr. Kundur will be accompanied by one of the leading researchers on wind power, Prof. István Erlich.

Dr. Prabha Kundur is a recognised expert with 35 years of experience in the electric power industry. He is the author of the book Power System Stability and Control, a standard modern reference for the subject. Dr Kundur is also the recipient of several IEEE awards, including the 1997 IEEE Nikola Tesla Award, the 2005 IEEE PES Charles Concordia Power System Engineering Award, and the 2010 IEEE Medal in Power Engineering.
