Forging of compressor blades and vanes

BTL has the world's largest and most modern facility for the forging of compressor blades and vanes:

  • Highly accurate hydraulic and screw presses up to 3,180 ton nominal

Machining lines for compressor and turbine blades

  • Five-axis airfoil milling
  • Five-axis turning and milling centres for variable vanes
