Component Repair Services' modern air-conditioned Miami shop provides a complete "in-house" repair facility. The quality control department combines a fully certified dimensional lab with NDT processing (FPI). Our extensive machine shop boasts some 60 plus conventional machines, enabling vertical milling up to 52in diameters, turning up 45in diameters and up to 90in in length. Precision ID/OD grinding, honing and polishing are among our machine specialties.

The welding shop offers all MIG and TIG operations, TAFA / Praxair metal arc spray / plasma and precision brazing operations with unsurpassed welding capability. Thin wall high temperature alloys and any combustion area components are our specialty.

DIGITAL CONTROL GAS FIRED OVEN WELDING AND MACHINE OPERATIONS

Welding and machine operations are complemented by our four-cube two million BTU digital control gas fired oven, which provides a heat treating / annealing capability up to 3,000° and over 60 different treating cycles, and the recent addition of a large 8ft x 7ft x 7ft 750,000BTU 650° walk in curing oven expands our capabilities that much further.

Our extensive grit / glass bead and blending department, combined with our coating department, provides us with complete in-house resurfacing and protective coating capability. We can provide anti-corrosive coatings, PWA 77 and all seal PWA 110-21, as well as thermo-barrier and hard face coatings, PWA 44 and PWA 50/plasma.

PRECISION CASE AND HOUSING REPAIRS FOR DISKS, SPACERS, SEALS AND STATORS

From precision case and housing repairs to disks, spacers, seals and stators, we even have zinc fill and echo-bond injection capabilities. Hot section parts such as burner cans, transition ducts, liners and heat shields are our specialty. With racks of spare parts for patches and repairs we can assure you if anyone can repair your pieces we can.

We can repair everything from difficult pump bores, pocket repairs, chrome face, plasma face and journal restorations all the way to the less complex hardware such as struts, bosses, and tie rods. Almost anything is possible at Component Repair Services.

Often clients bring us pieces they believe to be scrap, but with over 70 years of combined experience we are able to develop a repair procedure and not only fix it, but fix it properly.
