Valves

Global Valves and Engineering can supply valves and actuators to suit most applications from the simple gate valve on water to sophisticated control valve packages and actuated severe service valves on super heated steam systems.

Steam equipment

Global Valves and Engineering is a supplier of TLV and a select group of leading steam equipment brands, specialising in high quality, energy efficient and long lasting steam products, such as steam traps, blow down valves, isolating and regulating valves, strainers and separators, bellows sealed valves and condensate pumps.

Close liaison with clients ensures optimum product selection, which can result in increased energy efficiencies, enhanced plant performance and reduced maintenance downtime. Global Valves and Engineering can undertake steam surveys to correctly identify, tag and electronically register and monitor the condition and performance of steam traps and other key steam equipment. Utilising experienced steam engineers and a chartered mechanical engineer we can liaise closely with clients to improve overall steam and plant efficiencies.

Actuators

Global Valves and Engineering provides customers with a wide selection of actuators to choose from, whether they need simple on-off or sophisticated modulating duty actuator packages in pneumatic (rack and pinion or scotch yoke), electric (quarter turn or multi turn), or hydraulic (linear, quarter turn or multi turn). Valve packages can include limit switches, positioners and emergency shut down systems to suit specific applications.

Global OneZone is the route to market in Australia for OneZone, a 35-member consulting engineering company providing detailed design engineering and computer aided drawing production to contractors and design consultants in the UK, the US, Asia and Australia. Global Valves and Engineering and OneZone combined forces in 2003 to enhance the services already being provided in the valve and energy management markets.

Now, client's projects can be taken from the conceptual stage through engineering design, drafting stages and into implementation, using in-house skills, thereby ensuring the client achieves maximum project team integration and the resultant economies, efficiencies and control.
