Reman Europe is based in Dublin, Ireland, with an ISO quality-registered overhaul workshop providing the gas turbine industry with overhaul and test facilities.

We are exclusive distributors for Young & Franklin in western Europe. Young & Franklin are specialist manufacturers of electro-hydraulic fuel control valves for the gas turbine industry, with an installed base on GE heavy-duty and aero-derivative gas turbines.

Gas turbine valve servicing

We are the only manufacturer-certified workshop in western Europe for the overhaul of turbine fuel controls. We service all types of gas turbine valves, including gas fuel controls, liquid fuel controls, bleed valves and safety valves.

We also provide new products, including gas fuel valves, liquid fuel valves, ratchet sequencing valves, by-pass valves, and fuel flow dividers.

Our region covers western and northern Europe for YF product: Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Benelux countries, Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland and Iceland.

Fuel controls for heavy-duty turbines

We have spent 30 years as sole supplier of fuel controls to GE heavy-duty turbines covering Frame 3, Frame 5, Frame 6 and Frame 9. We have also spent many years supplying other YF products used on aero-derivative turbines such as GE, Siemens-Westinghouse, MHI, Hitachi, Solar, Rolls Royce and more.

Gas fuel valves

We sell hydraulic, electromechanical (EMA) and electrohydrostatic (EHA) actuators for industrial turbine gas fuel control applications of all sizes.

Liquid fuel valves

We sell liquid fuel shutoff, by-pass and splitter control valves for all turbine sizes. Hydraulic, electromechanically actuated (EMA), electrohydrostatic (EHA) or electrically controlled varieties are available.

Inlet / variable guide vane actuators

We also supply hydraulically actuated servo-controlled or electrohydrostatic inlet guide vane actuators for large turbines. Compact packaging and common designs for all turbine sizes are available.

Young & Franklin electronics and accessories

We sell Young & Franklin's own line of electronic devices and accessories to support their electromechanical and electrohydrostatic actuators, as well as state-of-the-art testing equipment for their hydraulic line. Also found here are general accessories for all turbines.

Hydraulic servo actuators

We sell YF hydraulically or electronically controlled hydraulic servo actuators for small turbine inlet guide vane control, natural gas fuel control, and bleed valve control.

Stream turbine controls

Young & Franklin's 50 years of hydraulic turbine control experience provides an easy transition to steam turbine controls.

Pilot-operated valves

Three-way, two-position pressure reducing or relief valve pilots for gas or liquid are available, as well as pilot valves for large control valves.

Solenoid-operated valves

We sell Young & Franklin's own line of solenoid valves.

Fuel rails / hydraulic power units / skids

Young & Franklin's low-noise stand-alone HPUs with integral sensory ports and pressure indicators complement their hydraulic line, while their fuel rails combine several valve actuator assemblies into one complete, compact package. Large skids for test cells and hydraulic pressure boosts add yet another dimension to Young & Franklin's capabilities.

Young & Franklin offer time-tested linear and rotary actuator designs for all sizes of liquid, gas and steam turbines. Integrated electric trips are also available.

Electromechanical actuation (EMA) products

Young & Franklin provide light, compact integrated actuator designs for gas and liquid fuel valves, inlet guide vanes, process industries and hazardous / high-temperature locations.

Electrohydrostatic actuation (EHA) products

These actuators utilise the latest in electrohydrostatic technology (compact packaging combining the accuracy of electronic control with hydraulic actuation). They offer remote-controlled high-force, high-speed control.

Voice coil actuators

Y&F's direct-drive voice coil actuators integrate electronic control in a compact package for precise proportional or servo control. They come with Fieldbus capability.
