Assessment of the Impact of Policies for Renewable Energy Development in Victoria

07 January 2011

Australia's Clean Energy Council (CEC) has released a report that compares existing and proposed renewable energy policies in Victoria and their potential impact on renewable energy development.

The paper focuses on policy outcomes in terms of energy generation, investment and job creation.

CEC considers relevant support mechanisms for calculating future production, investment and job creation as they cannot be separately attributed to either renewable energy target, state or federal capital subsidies or feed-in tariffs.
