Exelon Plans Nuclear Plant For Texas19 December 2007 12:04 The largest operator of nuclear power plants in the US, Exelon Nuclear, has selected an 11,500-acre site in southeast Texas as the location for a new nuclear plant. The company plans to apply for a license from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in September 2008 to build and operate a plant in Victoria County, Texas.
