India to Build More Nuclear Reactors

Russia and India have moved closer to a multi-billion dollar nuclear deal to build four more reactors in southern India, Russian ministers have told local media.

The deal, which has been delayed because of international restrictions against New Delhi, will allow Russia to build the reactors at the Kudankulam nuclear power plant in the state of Tamil Nadu.
