Schott Solar and Solland Solar have agreed to partner on technology license agreements, joint R&D efforts and production for back-contacted solar modules.
Under the agreement, Schott Solar will gain access to Solland's Sunweb technology for back-contact solar cells and pv-modules.
Solland will make use of Schott Solar's experience in module engineering and production.
The firms will jointly operate a module pilot production line to be built up at a Solland facility in the Netherlands.
