Ingenious Capital Management has entered a joint venture (JV) with Stellata Energy to construct and develop solarfarms in Australia.

As part of the JV, the companies will jointly fund farms valued at more than A$200m ($150.69m), which also includes a 120MW ground-mounted project.

Ingenious Capital Management is an investment firm, whereas Stellata Energy is a renewable energy company.

Sunnova Energy Corporation has announced that it has raised $140m in debt financing from CIT Group and other investors.

The transaction is expected to support the company’s objective to offer more affordable energy options to homeowners.

The company has engaged CohnReznick Capital Markets Securities as advisor for the transaction.

Samruk Kazyna United Green Energy has announced receipt of project financing worth $54.5m for the 50MW Burnoye solar-2 project in Zhambyl, Kazakhstan.

The fund was provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Clean Technology Fund (CTF).

SKUEG is a joint venture between UG Energy and Samruk-Kazyna Invest.

The project financing includes $44.5m from EBRD for a period of up to 15 years, and $10m loan from CTF for up to 20 years.
