United Wind has agreed to jointly develop distributed windfarm projects in Japan next year with Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, which will make equity investments in the company in return.
The partnership aims to bring a wind leasing model to the Japanese distributed wind energy market.

Adani Transmission has entered a binding agreement to acquire Reliance Infrastructure's inter-state operational transmission assets, including western region strengthening system schemes B and C and the Reliance Infrastructure’s equity stake in Parbati Koldam Transmission Company (PKTCL).
The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the year and the remaining stake in PKTCL will continue to be held by Power Grid Corporation of India.

By GlobalDataTPI Polene Power has announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO) of common stock to raise funds for financing its expansion, repay debt, and reduce its debt to equity ratio.
The issue will include 2.5 billion shares, which represents a 29.8% stake in the company. Existing shareholders will be offered 5% of the shares at a ratio of 162 for each share held.
The offering will be completed next month and the shares will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Total Gas & Power Thailand owns and operates the 350MW Bang Bo power plant, which has been in operation since 2003.
