US-based Dynamic Energy has installed a 271kW roof mount solar energy system at Keystone Cap’s disposable paper caps facility in Pennsauken, New Jersey.

During the first year of its operation, the system is expected to produce around 340,000kWh of energy and will help Keystone reduce costs.

Designed and built by Dynamic Energy, the system is eligible for the New Jersey Solar Renewable Energy Certificate (SREC) incentive programme, which will provide Keystone with significant revenue for the next 15 years.

"Keystone Cap’s efforts to support renewable energy reflect a true dedication to their business and customers."

In addition, the system is anticipated to produce enough energy to offset more than 240t of carbon dioxide.

Dynamic Energy's president and chief operating officer (COO) Brett Thibodeau said:“Dynamic Energy’s team congratulates Keystone Cap on hosting this new solar system.

“Keystone Cap’s efforts to support renewable energy reflect a true dedication to their business and customers.”
