OSM Solar to merge with Solarform Canada
30 September 2011 by EBR Staff WriterOSM Solar Corp has negotiated an agreement to combine assets with Solarform Canada, to help increase its presence in North America.
Solarform Canada will receive up to a 50% ownership of OSM Solar in exchange for assets and a significant revenue stream under the deal.
OSM Solar will now become OSM Solarform Corporation and manufacture both Symphony Energy and Juli New Energy PV solar panel systems for North America.
The partnership will enhance OSM's 75MW photovoltaic manufacturing facility in Southern Ontario, Canada.
