Built: 2000 (shut down 2015 and correctly stored)
Condition: Excellent (personally inspected)
Ex Petro-chem boiler, which was supplying both steam for the turbo-gen set (6m.w.elect) and process steam.
Auxiliary Equipment Available: Economiser, 30m flue, Deaeratror, S.S. Hotwell, Blowdown Tank.
Boiler would be supplied with the following new equipment, as part of refurbishment:
– New control panel and M.C.C
– New Feedwater Pumps (2)
– New Flame Scanners and fuel/air controls
– V.S.D. for fan motor
– New water level controls
– New Gas trains
– New feedwater modulation control and valves
– New Field wiring
Note: Boiler can be offered in present superheated output or could be converted to process (saturated) steam supply only. The boiler also has a full documented service history from the previous owner and all manufacturers manuals will be supplied to the new owner.
