Ormazabal, one of the leading manufacturers of medium-voltage switchgear for the power industry, is pleased to announce the delivery of 177 CGM.3-L cubicles for the London Array project.
London Array is an energetic project, consisting of a large wind farm with 271 turbines, which is located more than 20km (12mi) off the coast of Kent and Essex in the Outer Thames Estuary, one of the three strategic areas the UK government has identified for the offshore wind farm development.
The electrical switchgear, delivered by Ormazabal, was supplied to Dong Energie by a local distributor in Denmark.
