Multi-Contact is adding a robust IP68 housing protection to its CombiTac modular connector system.
The new housing is made of powder-coated cast aluminium and is resistant to salt spray and corrosion. A 360° shielding protects against electromagnetic influences, and four sizes with screw fittings are available as standard.
The high contact quality of the CombiTac system, combined with a high-performance housing, guarantees exceptional functionality.
It is suitable for all applications in tough conditions that require extreme reliability and maintenance-free operation, such as in energy technology or transport systems.
The modular CombiTac system enables customer-specific configuration of electrical or hybrid connectors. It includes modules for signals and data, with outputs up to 300A, high voltage to 5kV, compressed air, liquids, optical fibre cables, thermo-elements and more.
