In mid-November 2011, nineteen LE lubricant consultants from various LE distributors met in Wichita, Kansas, US, for MLT I training at the LE plant and training facility.
They travelled from eight different countries and territories including: Holland, Canada, Netherlands Antilles, Trinidad, Dominican Republic, New Zealand and Australia.
Mike Johnson of Advanced Machine Reliability Resources (AMRRI) ran the three days of intensive training & tuition for the international group. Everyone enjoyed Mike’s informative sessions and the group interaction. On the Friday all consultants sat their three hour ICML MLT 1 exam with many of them subsequently passing and qualifying as machinery lubrication technicians 1.
LE lubricant consultants worldwide continue to increase their knowledge and expertise by studying for and taking a variety of professional qualifications from recognised bodies, such as the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) and the Society of Tribologists & Lubrication Engineers (STLE).
