Pennsylvania Crusher, Gundlach Crushers and Jeffrey Rader Corporation have announced the opening of a new parts and sales support center in Kentucky.
This office was opened to service the growing demand for parts and service in the West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky regions and it a stocked warehouse with sales and service capabilities. Managing the efforts of this location is Rick McComas.
Mr McComas has over 25 years experience in the coal industry and is qualified not only in direct sales, but also service of equipment, parts and replacement parts. In addition Rick has worked in designing handling, conveying and power generation systems, which provided him with an extensive background coal crusher and blending. After serving in the military, Mr McComas began inside technical support in manufacturing industrial and power generation equipment in the North East. Later, he worked in outside sales engineering for power generation and mining, specifically in Prep Plant and Power Plants.
Being able to offer local sales and support services to this fast growing base of customers and prospects in this particular region allows Pennsylvania Crusher, Gundlach Equipment Corporation and Jeffrey Rader Corporation the advantage of Factory hands-on in-field customer service that customers in the area haven’t had until now. While we still use some of our traditional sales channels, Ricks focus as a direct employee of the group is to ensure our customers receive the ‘Best in Class’ equipment support.
"We have seen substantial growth in our customer base and level of interest in our parts and equipment," said Doug Sublett, vice president of power and mining. "Since the market potential for our equipment and parts is significant in this region, we have opened a new office in Kentucky to strengthen our presence and support."
This Kentucky warehouse is the ninth location for the group, with other locations in: Broomall and Cuyahoga Falls Pennsylvania; Woodruff, South Carolina; Belleville, Illinois; Stockholm, Sweden; British Colombia, Canada; Quebec, Canada; and Beijing, China.
