Comparing contracts activity in electricity procurement segment in different regions of the globe, North America held the top position with 69 contracts and a share of 33.8% during Q3 2020, followed by Asia-Pacific with 62 contracts and a 30.4% share and Europe with 48 contracts and a 23.5% share.

Among the technologies, solar accounted for 127 contracts with a 59.9% share, followed by wind with 55 contracts and a 25.9% share and hydro with 13 contracts and a 6.1% share.
