There were 52 electricity procurement contracts announced in the North America region in Q3 2019, marking a drop of 12% over the last 12-month average of 59, according to GlobalData’s power industry contracts database.

Electricity Procurement stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q3 2019 with 52 contracts and a 34% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 44 contracts and a 28.8% share and Power Plant with 33 contracts and a 21.6% share during the quarter.
