Looking at global power contracts activity divided by the type of technology, hydro held the fourth position in terms of number of contracts during May 2020 with an 11.3% share.

Comparing contracts activity in hydro technology in different regions of the globe, Europe held the top position with seven contracts and a share of 30.4% during May 2020, followed by South and Central America with six contracts and a 26.1% share and Asia-Pacific with four contracts and a 17.4% share.
In fourth place was Middle East and Africa with three contracts and a 13% share and in fifth place was North America with three contracts and a 13% share.
