The project was developed by Bejulo, Obton and Solar Energy Works. The project is currently owned by Obton.
Aadijk Almelo Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 40 hectares.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 10,900 households. The project cost is $44.851m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2019.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Enexis Netbeheer under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2019.
Contractors Involved
Jinko Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 120,808 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from Huawei Technologies for the project.
