The project was developed by Adani Green Energy (UP). The project is co-owned by Adani Green Energy and Total Solar Singapore, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.073kWh for a period of 25 years, starting from 2018. The contracted capacity is 20MW.
