The project is being developed and currently owned by First Solar.
Aiya Solar Project is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 900 acres.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 24,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $107.8m.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2023.
