Description

The project was developed by Technopromexport and is currently owned by Ministry of Electricity, Syria.

The hydro reservoir capacity is 90 million cubic meter. The net head of the project is 7m. The project generated 375 GWh of electricity.

Contractors Involved

Power Machines was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 3 turbines, each with 27MW nameplate capacity.
