Description
The project is developed and owned by Athos Solar.
Albacete Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 70 hectares.
The project generates 85,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 32,000 households, offsetting 29,185t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $50.976m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in May 2020.
Contractors Involved
Grupo Zaragoza was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Risen Energy was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 105,000 modules at the site.
