The project is developed and owned by Finerge Gestao de Projectos Energeticos.

The project generates 57,400MWh electricity thereby offsetting 31,608t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Afaplan – Planeamento e Gestao de Projectos was selected to render EPC services for the Alto Douro – Armamar (Alto Douro – Armamar Phase II).

Alto Douro – Armamar (Alto Douro – Armamar Phase I A) is equipped with Enercon E-82/E1 turbines. The phase consists of 7 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Alto Douro – Armamar (Alto Douro – Armamar Phase I B) is equipped with Enercon E-82 E2 / 2,300 kW turbines. The phase consists of 6 turbines with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.

Alto Douro – Armamar (Alto Douro – Armamar Phase II) is equipped with Enercon E-82 E2 / 2,300 kW turbines. The phase consists of 2 turbines with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
