Description
The project was developed by Eneop-Eolicas de Portugal and is currently owned by Finerge Gestao de Projectos Energeticos.
The project generates 99.7GWh electricity thereby offsetting 54,942t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $93.155m.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in January 2011.
Contractors Involved
Enercon was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 22 units of E-82 E2 / 2,300 kW turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
