Description
The project is currently owned by Union Electrica de Cuba with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Russian Fuel Oil.

Contractors Involved
Technopromexport was selected to render EPC services for the oil fired power project.
Power Machines was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 4 units of TVF-100-3600T turbines, each with 100MW nameplate capacity.
