The geothermal plant is of single flash type. The geothermal site has in total 31 number of wells. Out of this 22 are production wells and remaining 9 are injection wells.

Ansaldo Energia was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the geothermal power project. The project consists of 2 units of Condensing steam turbine turbines, each with 55MWe nameplate capacity.Energy Development, is the steam raising contractor for the project.
