Description
The project is currently owned by Kuzbassenergo with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas.
The project generated 823,000MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in 1955.

The Coal fired project have been supplied by Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod and Ural Turbine Works.
NPO Elsib supplied TV-60-2, Hydrogen Cooled electric generator for the project.
