Description
It is a Gas Turbine power plant that is used for Peakload. The fuel is procured from Egan.
The project generated 151,458MWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in September 2002.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Midcontinent Independent System Operator under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 4 units of 7E.03 gas turbines, each with 75MW nameplate capacity.
GE Power supplied 7A6 OVAC electric generator for the project.
