Belmez Solar Park is spread over an area of 30 hectares.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 1,630 households. The project cost is $90.865m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in September 2008.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Endesa under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Magtel and systaic were selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
The solar PV modules for the project were supplied by Blue Leaf Energy Asia, Canadian Solar and Solarwatt.
Magtel is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
