The project is developed and owned by Blagoveshchenskaya CHPP.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Raichihinsk, Erkovetskogo and Kharanor Coal Fields.

Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant (Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant Phase II) is equipped with Power Machines steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 120MW nameplate capacity.

Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant (Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant Unit I) is equipped with Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 60MW nameplate capacity.

NPO Elsib supplied electric generator for the Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant (Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant Unit I).

NPO Elsib supplied electric generator for the Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant (Blagoveschenskaya (Annunciation) Cogeneration Plant Unit II).
