Description

The project is currently owned by Shandong Boxing Huanyu Paper with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 28.876GWh electricity thereby offsetting 119,257t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $49.634m.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Cotton straw which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
