Description

The project was developed by EDF Renewables and Wind Prospect Group. EDF Renewables, Pensions Infrastructure Platform and Dalmore Capital are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 44.41% and 4.59% respectively.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 23,000 households.

The project has 59m high towers.

The power generated from the project is sold to EDF Renewables under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 42.3MW.

Burnfoot Hill (Burnfoot Hill I) is equipped with Senvion turbines. The phase consists of 13 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Burnfoot Hill (Burnfoot Hill II) is equipped with Senvion turbines. The phase consists of 2 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Burnfoot Hill (Burnfoot Hill III) is equipped with Senvion turbines. The phase consists of 6 turbines, each with 2.05MW nameplate capacity.
