Description

It is a Gas Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

The project generated 2,331,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is $326.34m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in May 2000.

Contractors Involved

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 4 units of 7E.03 gas turbines, each with 74MW nameplate capacity.

GE Power supplied electric generator for the project.
