Description
The project is currently owned by Omaha Public Power District.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Northern Natural Gas Pipeline.
The project generated 17,098MWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in May 2003.
Contractors Involved
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of SGT6-5000F gas turbines, each with 172.5MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens supplied electric generator for the project.
