CGN Guangxi Fangchenggang 2 Offshore Wind Power Project is a 2,000MW offshore wind power project. It is planned in South China Sea, Guangdong, China. The project is currently in announced stage. Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by China Guangdong Nuclear Power New Energy.

The project cost is expected to be around $5,510.8m. The project will be spread over an area of 252km².

The wind power project consists of 250 turbines.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2027.
