The project is currently owned by Territorial Generation Company No. 14 with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is coal. In case of shortage of coal the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.
The project got commissioned in September 1965.
Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project. The company supplied PT-60-90/13, T-80-90, T-87-90, T-97-90 Steam Turbine model steam turbines for the project.
The electric generators for the project were procured from Electrosila and NPO Elsib.
