Community Henderson Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 541 acres.

The project is expected to generate 117,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $53.9m.

The solar power project consists of 130,000 modules.

72 inverters are likely to get installed at the project site.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Henderson Municipal Power & Light under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2023. The offtake capacity is expected to be 50MW.
